How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery: 2 - 4 business days
Sales period delivery: 7 - 10 business days

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for domestic orders over S$50.00. There will be a shipping charge of S$8.00 for orders S$50.00 and below.

In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once. 

Can I opt for an in-store pick up?

Yes. Simply request to do so in the "notes" section upon check out and drop an email to supergasg@teamlink.sg with your order number and request.

A customer service representative will then reach out to confirm the pick up.

pay via PayNow?

Yes you can. Simply select "bank deposit" upon payment.

Transfer has to be made within 24 hours of purchase, order will be cancelled otherwise.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email stating the item(s) purchased and total price.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details once your package has been shipped. Click on "track my order" to do so.

Are there deliveries throughout the whole week?

Orders are processed and being delivered during our main service hours of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 6:00 pm UTC+08:00 (with the exception of public holidays).

Do you ship to Malaysia?

We do, but you can also shop straight from our Malaysian site at www.superga-my.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! The shipping charge will be calculated upon checkout and it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to reach you.
