How do I proceed with an exchange?

Email supergasg@teamlink.sg with the following:

(a) Order number

(b) Product exchange information of new model and/or size required

(c) Preference of exchange via mail or in store

Our team will be in touch within 1 - 3 working days to ensure you get your preferred product!

What is your exchange policy?

All products must be returned within the usual 7 days from day of receiving the parcel. Products are eligible for a one time exchange only and must not be worn, altered, or washed. Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. 

Do I have to pay for an exchange?

There will be a $8 redelivery fee for exchanges. Return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, you can opt for an in-store exchange that is free of charge!

Can I exchange a sale item?

Items sold at discounted prices are non-exchangeable and/or refundable.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not offered at any point in time.

Can I opt for an in-store pick up?

Definitely. Indicate which store you would like to pick it up at in the Notes section when checking out. Alternatively email supergasg@teamlink.sg.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Apologies for that – please write in to us at supergasg@teamlink.sg and we will get it fixed!
