Exchanges


  • Products must be returned within 10 days.
  • Products are eligible for a one time exchange only.
  • Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Products that do not fulfil the above will not qualify for an exchange.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are not offered at any point in time.
  • Products bought from the retail stores can only be exchanged at the store of purchase.
  • The option of proceeding with the exchange at our Wheelock Place retail store is possible, please state your preference in the email.
  • Contact supergasg@teamlink.sg with the following:
(a) Order number
(b) Product exchange information eg. New model/size required
(c) Preference of exchange via mail or in store
  • Via postage – Upon confirmation by our customer service representatives, proceed to return your product via registered postage (recommended). All postage costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Superga Singapore will not be liable for loss of product sent via uninsured postage. A cost of S$8.00 will be charged for re-delivery.
  • Customer service operates during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm UTC+8:00 (with the exception of public holidays).
