E-commerce Associate

Day to day activities

  • Lead and implement the E-Commerce strategy in partnership with the marketing teams to maximize sales through all the relevant eCommerce marketplace channels in Singapore (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.)
  • Manage product listing, price points, inventory level, customer service and shipping for E-Commerce platforms
  • Take charge of the E-commerce platforms and work closely with the relevant teams to execute strategies and maintain high service quality for customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse data and deliver data-driven strategies to achieve top performance and KPIs
  • Create, plan and execute digital marketing plans for campaign launches, collaborate with teams to put together a plan of actions for successful execution and to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in or with marketplaces (Lazada/Qoo10/Shoppe)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and marketplace platforms
  • Knowledge of retail sales and brand management
  • Able to cope with fast pace working environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well-detailed and ability to follow procedures and instructions
  • Excellent organizational and time management
  • Team player with a positive attitude

 

Full Time Sales Assistant

    • You will provide administrative support to the team and handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • You should be organised, detailed and keen to take on responsibility

      Creative Internship - Minimum duration of 3 months

      You will aid the marketing team in planning, building and creating content and events while maintaining visual consistency and standards of the brand across all platforms. You must have a clear understanding of the Superga aesthetic and visual language as well as a passion for the brand.
