ECOMMERCE & LIVE STREAM ASSISTANT

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Live Stream Assistant to support daily ecommerce operations and live streaming across multiple platforms and brands. This role is ideal for someone who is independent, organised, and passionate about ecommerce, digital content, and sales performance. You will manage marketplace accounts, coordinate promotions, execute livestream sessions, and analyse data to drive growth and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of ecommerce experience across multiple platforms
  • Strong knowledge of platform tools, trends, and updates
  • Experience in live streaming or video commerce is a plus
  • Analytical, organised, and skilled in multitasking
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of initiative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce Account Management
    Manage and optimise online store accounts (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon)
    Stay updated with platform tools, policies, and promotions
    Liaise with platform reps and resolve issues promptly
    Ensure accurate listings, pricing, and promotional compliance

  • Operations & Inventory
    Coordinate order fulfilment and inventory accuracy
    Monitor deliveries and resolve fulfilment issues
  • Campaigns & Promotions
    Plan and execute platform-specific promotions
    Collaborate with marketing teams and platform contacts
    Track campaign results and recommend optimisations

  • Live Streaming
    Plan and host product livestreams
    Prepare content, operate tools, and engage audiences
    Review metrics and improve performance

  • Data & Insights
    Analyse sales, traffic, and campaign data
    Recommend improvements to listings and strategies

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    Support customer service improvement and post-sale experience
    Work closely with marketing and ops to align efforts

LIVE-STREAMING HOST

Minimum duration of 3 months

We are looking for a sales-driven and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Host & Retail Assistant. In this role, you will engage with viewers during live streams, promote footwear products, and drive customer engagement to build our platform presence.

Requirements:

  • Natural on camera and comfortable with livestreaming
  • Passionate about presenting, reviewing, and promoting footwear products
  • Enjoy interacting with people and engaging an audience
  • Eloquent, motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic
  • Experience in talent or hosting is a bonus
  • Fashion and lifestyle relevance will be a bonus
  • Interested in becoming a committed livestream host
  • Commitment to a minimum of 2 live streams per week for 3 months

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live broadcasts on marketplaces like TikTok, providing engaging and informative content to attract and retain viewers
  • Interact with viewers through comments, likes, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Showcase footwear products, highlighting their features, benefits, and selling points to generate interest and sales
  • Maintain a consistent tone and image that aligns with the brand during live sessions
  • Make live streams engaging and lively, ensuring a fun and interactive experience
  • Understand the brand, products, and customer demographics
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages like Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are a plus)
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Use sales skills to effectively promote and sell products
  • Engage new viewers and retain existing ones with creative and interactive content
  • Prior experience as a TikTok Content Creator, Live Stream Host, or in a sales role is a plus
  • Comfortable hosting in front of a camera
